Startrails over the Ring of Brodgar
This is a blend of 100 exposures to give a combined 50 minute startrail image on a calm, moonlit winter's night in February. Towards the end of the exposures I walked around the stone circle and illuminated each stone individually by using a torch. Final shortlist in Natural Abstract category Scottish Nature Photography Awards 2012.
